RFD4-Proteina
Generate all-atom proteins and binders with structural conditioning.
Overview
Generate protein sequences and all-atom structures with RFD4-Proteina. Design new proteins, protein or small-molecule binders, DNA binders, and motif scaffolds, or redesign an existing protein by inverse folding or partial diffusion. These are generated candidates; this workflow does not refold, rank binding affinity, or experimentally validate them.
Run RFD4-Proteina on Neurosnap
The RFD4-Proteina online webserver allows anybody with a Neurosnap account to run and access RFD4-Proteina, no downloads required. Information submitted through this webserver is kept confidential and never sold to third parties as detailed by our strong Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
Features
- Joint generation of protein sequences and all-atom structures.
- Protein, small-molecule, and DNA binder design.
- Motif scaffolding with preserved residue identities and geometry.
- Backbone-preserving inverse folding and partial-diffusion redesign.
- Annotated mmCIF structures, protein sequence tables, and FASTA outputs.
Statistics
Neurosnap periodically calculates runtime statistics based on job execution data. These estimates provide a general guideline for how long your job may take, but actual runtimes can vary significantly depending on factors like input size or settings used.
