How to Use RFD4-Proteina

Commercially Available Online Web Server

Generate proteins and binders with RFD4-Proteina online.

RFD4-Proteina jointly generates protein sequences and all-atom structures. Neurosnap provides seven generation workflows through ordinary structure inputs and residue selections: de novo design, protein binders, small-molecule binders, DNA binders, motif scaffolding, inverse folding, and partial diffusion.

How RFD4-Proteina Works

The released native RFD4-Proteina model uses flow matching to generate protein sequence and all-atom geometry under structural conditions. Protein binders condition on target sequence and internal backbone geometry; small-molecule and DNA binders condition on the selected context's identities and coordinates. Conditioning can allow small geometric changes; inspect the generated context rather than assuming an exact coordinate copy. Motif scaffolding conditions all supplied atoms and identities of retained protein motifs. Inverse folding fixes only backbone coordinates while generating new sequence; partial diffusion starts from a partially corrupted protein structure.

Sampling uses the published task-specific recycling schedule selected by Sampling Budget, with 60 steps. The selected context plus maximum generated size is limited to 768 model tokens; non-protein atoms conservatively count individually. Designs are exported as annotated mmCIF files with designs.csv, sequences.csv, and sequences.fasta. Generated B-factors are not reported as calibrated confidence. No configuration files or internal logs are exported.

What is Neurosnap?

Neurosnap is the leading platform for bioinformatics and computational science focused on expanding access to powerful modeling and simulation tools. Because many state-of-the-art machine learning systems remain complex to install, configure, and scale, Neurosnap offers a clean, browser-based workspace that removes the burden of infrastructure management, dependency conflicts, and command-line tooling.

Built for biologists, chemists, and cross-disciplinary scientists, the platform enables advanced computational workflows without requiring expertise in software engineering or cloud architecture. Researchers can launch analyses through an intuitive interface, connect programmatically through a comprehensive API, and rely on automated resource management to scale workloads efficiently. By taking care of the underlying compute and operational complexity, Neurosnap allows teams to devote their energy to scientific progress and faster iteration. Security and data protection remain foundational principles, with clear safeguards outlined in our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy to ensure your work stays protected.
