Overview

Proteina-Complexa is a fully atomistic generative binder design method that unifies flow-based protein generation with inference-time optimization. It supports protein binder design, small-molecule ligand binder design, AME motif scaffolding with ligand context, and monomer motif scaffolding through a shared search, evaluation, and analysis pipeline.

The Proteina-Complexa online webserver allows anybody with a Neurosnap account to run and access Proteina-Complexa, no downloads required. Information submitted through this webserver is kept confidential and never sold to third parties as detailed by our strong Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
