zPocket
Predict and rank ligand-binding pockets from a single protein sequence.
Overview
Predict ligand-binding pockets from one protein sequence using ESMFold2 and the released zPocket head. Returns per-residue pocket probabilities, ranked pocket centres, and the predicted monomer structure. Optional evolutionary alignments support folding; sites that exist only at chain interfaces are outside the model's scope.
Run zPocket on Neurosnap
The zPocket online webserver allows anybody with a Neurosnap account to run and access zPocket, no downloads required. Information submitted through this webserver is kept confidential and never sold to third parties as detailed by our strong Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
Features
- Predicts pocket probabilities for every residue from frozen ESMFold2 pair representations.
- Uses the published mean-shift decoder to report ranked pocket centres and contributing residues.
- Supports generated MSAs, a custom A3M alignment, or weaker single-sequence predictions.
- Returns a predicted fold with pLDDT and a separate structure colored by pocket probability.
Statistics
Neurosnap periodically calculates runtime statistics based on job execution data. These estimates provide a general guideline for how long your job may take, but actual runtimes can vary significantly depending on factors like input size or settings used.
