Protein Model Inference
Predict custom protein properties using a successful fine-tuning job.
Overview
Predict the properties of new proteins using the best model from your completed Protein Model Fine-Tuning job. Enter the training job ID and upload a CSV of new amino-acid sequences, adding matching structures when required by that model. Results show a numerical estimate for each regression target or a predicted category and probabilities for each classification target.
Run Protein Model Inference on Neurosnap
The Protein Model Inference online webserver allows anybody with a Neurosnap account to run and access Protein Model Inference, no downloads required. Information submitted through this webserver is kept confidential and never sold to third parties as detailed by our strong Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
Features
- Predicts new proteins using the best model from a successfully completed training job that your account can access.
- Automatically reuses the trained targets, class labels, numerical scaling, model settings, and input mode.
- Accepts batches of amino-acid sequences with matching structures when required by the trained model.
- Returns numerical estimates for regression targets and predicted categories with probabilities for classification targets.
- Preserves protein identifiers and target names in downloadable prediction tables.
Statistics
Neurosnap periodically calculates runtime statistics based on job execution data. These estimates provide a general guideline for how long your job may take, but actual runtimes can vary significantly depending on factors like input size or settings used.
