PLIP Interaction Profiler
Profile noncovalent interactions in bound molecular structures with PLIP.
Overview
Analyze bound complexes with PLIP to identify hydrogen bonds, hydrophobic contacts, aromatic interactions, salt bridges, water bridges, halogen bonds, and metal complexes. Supports small-molecule binding sites, peptide or interchain contacts, and intrachain analysis.
Run PLIP Interaction Profiler on Neurosnap
The PLIP Interaction Profiler online webserver allows anybody with a Neurosnap account to run and access PLIP Interaction Profiler, no downloads required. Information submitted through this webserver is kept confidential and never sold to third parties as detailed by our strong Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
Features
- Detect eight classes of noncovalent interactions using PLIP's chemical and geometric rules.
- Analyze small molecules, selected peptide or protein chains, or contacts within one chain.
- Inspect per-site summaries, atom-level interaction records, structures, and XML reports.
Statistics
Neurosnap periodically calculates runtime statistics based on job execution data. These estimates provide a general guideline for how long your job may take, but actual runtimes can vary significantly depending on factors like input size or settings used.
