Overview
PDB2Fasta converts protein structure files in PDB format into FASTA sequences by extracting amino acid sequences from each valid protein chain in the structure.

The PDB2Fasta online webserver allows anybody with a Neurosnap account to run and access PDB2Fasta, no downloads required. Information submitted through this webserver is kept confidential and never sold to third parties as detailed by our strong Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
