Overview
Convert multi-model PDB ensembles into looping animations. PDB Animation renders every MODEL record as a pseudo-3D frame and exports GIF/MP4 files for quick sharing or documentation. Adapted from visualization utilities developed by Dr. Sergey Ovchinnikov.

The PDB Animator online webserver allows anybody with a Neurosnap account to run and access PDB Animator, no downloads required. Information submitted through this webserver is kept confidential and never sold to third parties as detailed by our strong terms of service and privacy policy.
