Official Neurosnap webserver for accessing FreeBindCraft online.

Overview

FreeBindCraft is a PyRosetta-free BindCraft fork for de novo protein binder design. It preserves the familiar BindCraft design workflow while forcing the open-source bypass path for relaxation and interface scoring, using OpenMM, FASPR, FreeSASA, Biopython utilities, and sc-rs shape complementarity where available.

Neurosnap Overview

The FreeBindCraft online webserver allows anybody with a Neurosnap account to run and access FreeBindCraft, no downloads required. Information submitted through this webserver is kept confidential and never sold to third parties as detailed by our strong Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

Features

  • Runs FreeBindCraft with PyRosetta disabled at runtime and absent from the service image.
  • Uses open-source replacements for relaxation, solvent accessibility, shape complementarity, and interface geometry calculations.
  • Supports the familiar BindCraft target structure, target chain, hotspot, binder length, protocol, and filter controls.
  • Can rank accepted final designs by i_pTM or ipSAE for interface-focused candidate prioritization.
  • Exports ranked accepted structures, a UI-friendly CSV summary, and optional plots or animations.

Statistics

Neurosnap periodically calculates runtime statistics based on job execution data. These estimates provide a general guideline for how long your job may take, but actual runtimes can vary significantly depending on factors like input size or settings used.

API Request

Access FreeBindCraft using the Neurosnap API by sending a request using any programming language with HTTP support. To safely generate an API key, visit the API tab of your overview page.
