BioEmu2
Predict biomolecular structures and explore conformational ensembles and dynamics.
Overview
Predict biomolecular structures, sample equilibrium conformations, or generate time-lagged trajectories with BioEmu2. Define a complex using protein, DNA, and RNA sequences plus optional small molecules, or import its composition from a complete mmCIF file.
Run BioEmu2 on Neurosnap
The BioEmu2 online webserver allows anybody with a Neurosnap account to run and access BioEmu2, no downloads required. Information submitted through this webserver is kept confidential and never sold to third parties as detailed by our strong Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
Features
- Structure prediction and equilibrium sampling for biomolecular complexes.
- Time propagation from a complete starting mmCIF structure.
- Interactive trajectory playback and per-frame protein geometry checks.
Statistics
Neurosnap periodically calculates runtime statistics based on job execution data. These estimates provide a general guideline for how long your job may take, but actual runtimes can vary significantly depending on factors like input size or settings used.
