Use ANARCI

Official Neurosnap webserver for accessing ANARCI online.

Overview

ANARCI is a sequence analysis tool for numbering antibody and TCR variable domains. It provides standardized numbering, chain classification (H, K/L, A, B, G, D), and optional germline gene assignment, helping researchers interpret immune receptor repertoires. Built to be fast and scalable, it processes single sequences or large datasets efficiently.

Neurosnap Overview

Features

  • Standardized numbering of antibody and TCR sequences (IMGT, Kabat, Chothia, Martin, Wolfguy, Aho).
  • Chain classification for heavy, light, and TCR domains.
  • Optional germline gene assignment.
  • Batch processing support for large-scale immune repertoire analysis.
