Use AntiFold

Official Neurosnap webserver for accessing AntiFold online.

Overview

Antifold is an inverse folding model that is capable of predicting amino acids of a Antibodies, Nanobodies, and Antigen-Antibody complexes. Additionally, AntiFold can be used as a way to create functional homologs / mutants of existing Antibodies, Nanobodies, or Antigen-Antibody complexes by inverse folding their structures and sampling the sequence space.

Neurosnap Overview

The AntiFold online webserver allows anybody with a Neurosnap account to run and access AntiFold, no downloads required. Information submitted through this webserver is kept confidential and never sold to third parties as detailed by our strong terms of service and privacy policy.

Features

  • Allows you to inverse fold Antibodies, Nanobodies, and Antigen-Antibody complexes.
  • Includes per sequence metrics like overall confidence and sequence recovery.
  • Includes amino acid probabilities by position for reach predicted sequence.

Statistics

Neurosnap periodically calculates runtime statistics based on job execution data. These estimates provide a general guideline for how long your job may take, but actual runtimes can vary significantly depending on factors like input size or settings used.

Configuration & Options

Service Inputs

The input Antibody, Nanobody, or Antigen-Antibody/Nanobody structure to predict the amino acid sequence of. Acceptable input file formats include PDB.

The chain ID of your input Antigen. If you don't have a Antigen Chain, leave this field empty.

The chain ID of your input Heavy Chain. If you don't have a Heavy Chain, leave this field empty.

The chain ID of your input Light Chain. If you don't have a Light Chain, leave this field empty.

The chain ID of your input Nanobody Chain. If you don't have a Nanobody Chain, leave this field empty.

Design Options

The number of output sequences to generate.

Specify sampling temperature lower numbers produce higher probability sequences, higher numbers produce more diverse sequences. The default sampling temperature for AntiFold is 0.2.

Advanced Settings

The default value, 0, will use a random seed. A random seed will generate different results on the same instructions. Setting the seed allows for experiment design changes.
