Overview

Humatch is a fast, gene-specific tool designed to jointly humanize antibody heavy and light chains. Leveraging lightweight convolutional neural networks (CNNs), Humatch classifies human antibody sequences with near-perfect accuracy and guides the humanization process by aligning sequences with specific human germline V-genes. It ensures optimal VH/VL pairing to maintain stability and expression while reducing immunogenicity risks. Additionally, Humatch provides robust classification of antibody sequences, distinguishing between human and non-human origins with high precision.

Service Inputs

Choose the mode for prediction. Classification predicts and classifies antibody sequences as human or non-human. Humanising optimizes sequences for human compatibility and reduced immunogenicity.

Provide the amino acid sequence of the antibody you wish to analyze in the following format: "heavy chain:light chain". The sequence must always start with the heavy chain, followed by a colon (:), and then the light chain. Note: Humatch was trained exclusively on complete VH (variable heavy) and VL (variable light) chain sequences. Therefore, only complete sequences in the correct order should be submitted as input.
